You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging.

  • Free from any damage, stains, or alterations.

Note: Customized or cut fabric is not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with photos of the defect.
