Overview
At Bigo Fashion Trading LLC, we take pride in offering premium African Swiss Voile clothing. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Any damaged or stained products due to customer use

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at bigofashion1995@gmail.com  within 30 days to start your return.

  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item back to:

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be given if:

  • Items are returned damaged or not in original condition

  • Returns are made after the 30-day return period

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
